OT rant here. Just tried to read an article from yesterday about some poor sap who bought 9 junked cars while living woth an HOA.

Another garbage clickbait headline. How are they pissing off “everyone possible?” Sure the factory workers who had hoped to be rehired might be disappointed, but that’s not “everyone possible.” I’m not pissed. You’re not pissed. Mrs Wilson from number 43 is not pissed. As the last paragraph clearly states, this is SOP.

I have zero desire for any car where I have to fuck around with putting physical keys in locks. I have my Luddite tendencies when it comes to cars, but keys are very much not one of them. I have touch code locks on my HOUSES too. Physical keys are relics of bygone days.

So they spent a week there “Testing” and the time at the end of the week with a Hot Shoe driver was 1 second slower than the beginning of the week? You can get that by adjusting the tire pressure. Sounds like they ran it as hard as they could right from the start and there is nothing else as far as times left in it. 

They somewhat succeeded

This is a lot of words dedicated to a fundamentally broken statistical analysis of a non-random survey of an insignificant sample size and some anecdotal stories.

I hate it when a company threatens to do X if I do Y, and I agree to it. And then I do Y and the company does X. The worst.
