My expectation of a venue is the same, be it a regular party or a wedding. The same "thinking for you" applies. I don't want to be taking out the trash for 50 people if I'm doing a party at a venue.

In fact, that's probably the real problem: People want what they want, first and foremost—then they want it at a price they like. That's not the case for everyone; plenty of people want and need to get married without spending a fortune.

I guess "needy" means different things to different people.

My first thought when reading this result was, "wow, so many people have such horrible sex they'd rather drink coffee".

#13 happens to me at least 50% of the time I do laundry. Fortunately I keep the laundry hamper by the bed. Dump the hamper on the bed, forget to fold, dump the laundry back in the hamper. Repeat 2 or 3 nights in a row until I finally remember to fold it before I'm too tired.

This seriously skeeves me out. Apart from Lady Gaga's songs, every song released recently that I like has been written by Bonnie. I wondered why I liked some songs from those albums but when I looked at the rest of the album it was so bad (or at least not to my taste).

Sure they're married. But are they married to each other? :D

I hate these kinds of studies. They provide no useful results for anyone except other statisticians.

I'm conflicted about this too. When I was a teenager and a geek, that meant I was part of some marginal part of the social environment. Belonging to that group meant I had de-facto friends and de-facto enemies.

Idk, a box of a dozen condoms costs more than a month of my generic birth control pills.

On the one hand, when you're comparing the price of condoms to nothing, they can appear expensive. On the other hand, when you compare the price of condoms to many other sex-related expenses, they are fairly trivial.

At the end of the day, how one feels about PUA in general or specific members of the community is entirely personal. I'm not going to insist that just because someone belongs to the group, he or she is inherently manipulative, selfish or predatory.

Two things:

Just because someone doesn't speak for you doesn't mean that there isn't something to learn from what they say.

On the one hand, this makes me very happy. I loved Veronica Mars.

I think we also have to consider the fact that so much of what we learn and are tested on in school has absolutely no value in our adult lives. This test is not in any way out of the norm when you consider the system it is part of.

We can if we want to.

I'm surprised by how little I care about this. Android used to be something special and distinct. Now it's an iOS clone for every smartphone manufacturer that isn't Apple and also wants their phones to sell (I'm looking at you, Windows phone users).

I have a feeling you don't have the capacity to understand what happened. That might be why you hate it so much.

I feel that by replying, I'm somehow giving more credibility to your idiotic view.
