I think White Castle had the Beyond Burger few months before A&W Canada did. They started it in April 2018 and A&W did it in June of that year.

So, my takeaway is that watch something you’ve watched several times, and not necessarily just Disney stuff.

The bigger feat here was that the show got even more compelling after his death. No Country for Old Man killed it’s main character too, but after doing so, it fell flat. You could argue that that movie killed it's actual main character as opposed to it's decoy main character
