I concur. That was my sentiment as well. End the film with Alfred at the shop, he smiles, fade to black. I know WHY it didn't happen that way, because it was the end of the trilogy. No more Batman for Nolan.

I agree. That's going to be my problem. What?!?!? A Pixel that is still white!??!?! NOOO!!!!
'.. an awareness that a single hit can end a football career forever'
The problem is Almond Joys come with nuts....
Oh, and the laptop is close by, the desktop is in the other room, and I can't find where I left my DS...
PS2, N64, SNES, GC on a 4-port switch tied into the 7.1 surround sound, PS3 and XBOX360 hooked up through the surround sound as well. Wii is in the living room (no surround sound), IPad is close by for sudden bouts of PvsZ or Sid Meirs Pirates!
Didn't Operation:Flashpoint try to turn the realism up way high? Even the original Ghost Recon (if I remember) was quite a bear in regards to it's realism in getting hit. Don't forget Rainbow 6. It would help if a game could get the knife physics to be more realistic though. Guys got a gun? Cut his arm.
The CYOA book in Skyrim was excellent as well. Can't forget where I found it, but it was a hoot! Definitely think they have been a model for many of the current gen's ending sequences as well. SW:KotR, BioShock 1&2, and morality based system COULD be tied to CYOA style choices.
I've lost 35 lbs this year alone in what I call the How, What, When diet. It's a discipline covering:
Straight up, fried Oreos. Had a fried Reeses peanut butter cup which was awesome, and they are even frying snickers now, but nothing beats the Oreo.
Haha....this makes perfect sense...although the pigs should wear Redskin helmets to continue the theme.
You can see a reflection of his face in the sword. Have no idea who it was, as I didn't finish Lords of Shadow yet...honestly though, almost looked....female...
There's no right or wrong? REALLY??? Wholeheartedly disagree with you there. It isn't an issue of if there is right or wrong, it's what the 'rightness' or 'wrongness' is based off of, the moral standard that we use.
Yeah. Some things you can't go by on reviews from Amazon, especially when Christianity and the Bible are involved. I'm surprised it is rating as high as it is.
Totally agree with you, but can I add something here? Can we agree that Biblical standards are still able to be in play? That they are relevant to the conversation? Too many times the Bibles' views are disallowed, not for studious reasons, but for arguments that don't hold water under the light of research (no…
I would recommend all to read Dr. Michael Brown's excellent book 'A Queer thing Happened to America'. It's a book written from a Christian world-view perspective, but doesn't discuss homosexuality from a Biblical perspective as much as it does from a cultural perspective. Definitely worth a read, but at 600 pages it's…
disagreement does not equal bigotry.
draco. Excellent points, and I appreciate the scholarly discussion. Many times arguments and discussion is put forth and before thought or discussion is allowed, one is already labeled a 'bigot' and a 'homophobe'. Just to add a specific reference in regards to what you said, here is a quote from Professor John Money…
Actually, it's not slippery slope, and it isn't BS. If the foundational principles used to pass same-sex marriage are ALREADY being used by Inter-generational Intimacy advocates (as well as polygamists) in discussion, then it isn't slippery slope, it's factual and something that must be discussed and talked about.
Glad you approve of incest #tongue in cheek
