A silly question. The pass that set up the field goal...why would the defender touch him down and allow him to call the timeout? Why not wait two seconds (the receiver is on the ground), then touch him down once the clock reads 0:00?

Played through Ni No Kuni 2 with my daughter. Best time ever. She let me have the controller for the most part, but she would tell me what to build, where to go, etc. Still have a few post end bosses and levels to grind, but still an awesome experience. Next up might be Kingdom Hearts, until DQXI Switch arrives.
