@beewee640: There were tons of reports of Palm Pres literally falling apart in people's hands. The seams would just come apart with no force whatsoever. Xboxes were plagued with RRoD issues for months upon months with little to no help from Microsoft. What about operating systems containing critical exploits that

@ian.nai: I think people need to realize that this stuff happens. Think about when the Xbox 360 came out, and the RRoD issue...it wasn't the first generation Xbox, but it had WAY more problems than the original, yet, people still buy Xboxes by the millions, and people will continue to do the same with iPhones. The

@Ldubbz: No problems here either. It takes a LOT of effort to duplicate the reception/antenna issue on my phone too. Then again, I do live in Houston, but my signal has always been about 3-4 bars at my house, with my old iPhone too.

@Kellen Dunkelberger: Because that effects the gryoscope and retina display featured in this article...how?

@Archaotic: So people either complain that Apple puts out phones too quickly or that there's not enough iPhones with different hardware (ala Android). Seriously, I'm all for opinions, but Apple literally cannot win with some people. And they don't try to win those people. It's just as simple as that.

@MrCrash: Loves his Mopars: Genius: "I'm sorry sir, your ejaculate sensor seems to have been tripped, we are not under obligation to fix this. Or touch you. Or look at you for that matter. SECURITY!"

@MacAttack: I think the key word there is "would".

@iphone_myphone: What tool do you use to jailbreak an iPhone4 right now? I haven't come across one yet. Please please inform me!

@Gators15: Yeah, didn't it take them months to update to push notifications? I remember thinking "If any app should take advantage of push, it should be a social networking app" for an extremely long time. I'm hoping to see the multitasking update by Christmas.

@tomsomething: They're only $10 at Pizza Hut for any size, any toppings...and of course I'm not advertising because I work there or anything, this is purely unbiased, I swear.

@pist: It's actually right because the second picture is a close-up of the mirror...it got me too, it's almost an optical illusion, IMO.

@OCEntertainment: Yeah, that guy gives me nightmares. I was driving down the beltway feeder in Houston and I saw a King standing on the side of the road promoting BK and I almost wrecked. I was waiting for him to show up in my backseat.

@AkkiRonin: Hold on, did I misread this or did you just call Captain Sullenberger an idiot?

@kinglincey1: My friend and I actually had a lengthy discussion about this last night. In 99% of situations, I would clearly say that competition promotes innovation, but in this case, I think it's the opposite. Purely because video chat on cell phones have been tried time and time again and failed to catch on

@The Lab: Maybe he already has an iPhone and he's just upgrading, so he's paying the same monthly fee as he was before. You have absolutely no idea what this guy's situation is. Maybe he pays medical bills for his sick grandmother and this is all he's buying for himself this year, you have no idea. It's like you're

No problems in Houston, been using 3G all day.

@MePeePee: The 3G I am using right now was dropped into a glass of coke by my ex-girlfriend, that was probably a year ago now and it's been fine ever since.

My question is this...if Apple is ruled against, saying they're not allowed to have an ad approval process for in-app ads, would that not in turn mean they shouldn't be allowed to have an app approval process at all, because that limits competition as well? Apple will reject an app if it duplicates the function of a

@Joey Joe Joe Junior Shabadoo: And, when you go to Pappadeaux's and get a crab cake with a green pepper label inside it on your birthday, you get your entire table's meals for free! Well, I did anyway, lol. #fruitlasers

@Kaiser-Machead: Exactly...if it can be written, it can be broken.
