When you say real deal...

550,000 EV charging stations built in the next 4 years may end up being the fastest depreciating infrastructure we ever build. They’re going to be like solar panels installed in 1979.

Illegal != any enforcement.

It’s the question lots have asked, and in my opinion the answer is pretty simple. That was never (is not) the ethos of the GT86/BRZ/etc. It’s a light weight handling focused, balanced car. Not a race car, not a track car. It’s for 8/10th back road carving. A hard top Miata alternative.

You think that a 4500lb Camry with 30 more horsepower will be faster than a 2800lb YarisGR?

I dislike EA but I don’t see this really mattering much. Racing games are a dying breed and have more status now as a niche similar to flight simulator games.

I wonder how many Tacoma buyers are just people who regularly need to haul shit, but don’t need or want the size/power of the F-150. Whenever I see an F-150 in the affluent city I live in, it’s a spotless crew cab some clown can’t street park. Whenever I see a Tacoma it’s got the bed covered or a bunch of tools in the

But Cadillac will still have about twice as many stores as its German rivals.”

Hopefully with a functioning adult in the White House..

The Buick Electra concept is a “beacon of hope” for design?

Now playing

I am sure many of us are driving “older” cars that would not do half as well... watching the front crashes where the cabin does not deform, and heck the windshield survived... For reference here is a 1997 civic

To be fair, most truck owners don’t actually use them as trucks, don’t need a truck, and only want one to look tough or tow a trailer once every five years. So, does it really matter if it fully functions as a truck if it’s never used as a truck? (Don’t get me wrong, like all Teslas, the Cybertruck is hideous.)

Counterpoint, the escape is ugly.

Of course, if you were to walk your happy little ass onto a BMW lot, you would never find a base model M3 or M4, because a “base model BMW” is like a “sexually appealing clown” — I’m sure you can find one if you look hard, but don’t tell anyone it’s your goal to find one.

“-hit the brakes like a rookie[. If] he would have gotten on the gas he could have saved it.”

No way. Prices in the UK include the 20% VAT, which we don’t pay this side of the pond. Realistically the price will be closer to $44k, which isn’t too far off what the last gen cost.

So do you print off the whole manual and laminate it all at once?  Or are you supposed to get to a certain point, go back to the computer to research, then print off the new pages?  Not all repairs can be neatly organized and executed to plan.  Things go wrong, and when they do you don’t normally have the time to

This story reminds me of something that happened to me, which also shows that good things can happen when you are in the bathroom. Quick background- I work overseas for a private for profit school that is run like a business. Every year we have a big Chinese New Year party for all the staff and there are lots boring

So disappointing that TWENTY MI House Dems voted for this anti-EV, anti-environmental policy.
