It looks like Hyundai was influenced Infiniti, but managed to produce a design that looks better than the inspiration.

That was an era when a sporty car had 150hp, if you were lucky. People today bitch about 200hp in the BRZ/86. It’s more than enough to have a good time, but your average “enthusiast” wants to be a stop light warrior and only pays lip service to good handling. If they did appreciate good vehicle dynamics, we wouldn’t

I assume the iPad 2017 is a supported device. I’m not doubting it will get iOS 11, but I’m not seeing it on the list.

The best part of a good Lego set is the build. I got the Ninjago City a week and a half ago and it’s fantastic. The build was very enjoyable, especially when each set of bags was a build in its own right.

If I were going to spend $1k for a camera than I’d buy an actual camera. I’d rather have a great standalone camera than an okay camera attached to a phone; especially when competitors have cameras that are at least as good. Otherwise, just be honest with yourself and admit that you want Apple’s latest toy.

I don’t think it’s merely about ease of use. People barely scratch the surface of functionality on their smartphones. I have coworkers who can’t even do the most basic things in Office, even though their job relies on those tools.

Some of those scanners require the phone to rest right on top of them. Currently, I can just keep my finger on the sensor and wait for the phone to make the transaction. All too often, it takes a couple of seconds for the connection to occur. It seems like Face ID is going to be very clunky in this scenario.

You neglected to mention Microsoft’s implementation. They use 3D mapping for facial recognition in Windows 10 and with the Kinect. I haven’t used it a much myself, but my understanding is that it works quite well.

Yeah, this has been a persistent problem with AMOLEDs and OLEDs for as long as they’ve been around. The problem is more pronounced with blues because that color degrades more rapidly.

People continue insisting that the iPhone 7 has one of the best smartphone cameras, but I disagree. Don’t get me wrong, it has a good camera, but I wouldn’t call it great.

Why not ask Toyota the same question? Or Hyundai, back when they styled the 6th gen Sonata? Yeah, this BMW concept isn’t great, but it’s far from the worst. If anything, I’d say it’s more generic than ugly.

You mention 5 years like Microsoft hadn’t been working on similar tech for years prior to the release of their phone. And that’s taking your claim at face value.

This seems surprising. The rumors I’ve heard indicated that the fingerprint sensor was moving to the back. In some purported iPhone 8 shots you can even see a faint sensor ring on the back, below the Apple logo if I remember correctly.

Picking up food in someone else’s car is a complete lack of respect. I never eat in my own car, so what makes you think I’d be okay with you picking up some smelly, greasy fast food with it? Use your own damn car to pick up food, or if free time is an issue considering preparing lunch at home. I’m not responsible for

Ehh... I’ve seen a lot worse. Namely, almost everything coming from Toyota right now.

I saw one of these on the road a few days ago... I’m pretty sure Toyota added superfluous bumper vents to preempt the Camry dent. In fact, the car looks like it rear-ended something at the factory.

What you’re describing is HealthVault. MS Health is specifically for the Band. HealthVault is able to pull from a variety of sources, one of which is the Health app.

I’ve always been a fan of the i3; to the point that I’d even consider getting one. Unfortunately, reliability is crap. I’m not sure how BMW has managed to make an electric car unreliable, but I probably shouldn’t be surprised.

It’s good to see that there’s finally a FitBit other than the bulky Surge with on-board GPS. However, for not too much more I can get the Apple Watch 2. If I wait for a sale, like the one Target had recently, then there will be no price difference. At this point I’m leaning towards the Apple Watch as a replacement for

I agree... The composition is nice, but it’s overexposed and lacking a bit of contrast.
