It looks to me like the fingerprint sensor sits below the Apple logo, not on the logo itself. The operator’s finger is not resting on the logo and when the second phone is placed on the device a faint ring is visible in that same spot.

What about when the crowd encourages this kind of behavior from the driver? It seems like they’re usually happy to see guys perform burnouts and donuts. Right up to the point that something goes wrong, then suddenly they turn self-righteous.

No, Brazilians are not Latino. It’s a weird thing, but the label is intended to include Spanish speakers only. So, although Brazilians are excluded, Spaniards can identify as Latino. Which is weird, because otherwise you’d expect them to be lumped in with white Europeans like Portuguese, French or Italians.

Sounds like we’re talking about cask strength whiskey here, which is generally in the range of 57%. However, a lot of whiskey is bottled at 40% with water already blended in. So at that point there’s no longer a need to add water.

It seems to be a universal thing that people are gravitating towards SUVs. I’d never get one myself, but I can understand why people want them.

Yeah, crucial to the styling, but not much else.

Last time I checked, Dish Network let you pay your bill in Bitcoins.

Given all the rehashing of the original trilogy, I hope these aliens don’t just end up being furless Ewoks. Or worse, an entire race of Yodas.

Sounds like the same old story... IBM is working on an interesting bit of technology, but management, ignorant of how it actually works, are blowing its capabilities way out of proportion. Throw marketing into the mix and you get an even bigger clusterfuck because not only do you have ignorance, but also outright

Just because some people spend carelessly doesn’t mean a product isn’t overpriced. This is a phone as expensive as a proper laptop, and easily twice as expensive as many tablets. The key difference here is that your average person isn’t compelled to replace a laptop or tablet nearly as frequently as they do

The overwhelming majority of conflicts throughout human history have been motivated by a desire for wealth, power, territory or even defense. Religion has been a convenient justification, but typically it’s been a means to garner support and legitimacy. Not that there hasn’t been religious violence, but even in some

I’m not too crazy about the grille or the chrome around the headlights, but otherwise, damn, that looks nice. There’s something both soothing and satisfying about a car with such straight, clean lines. The color is quite good too.

If you don’t see anything wrong with that then perhaps you need your license revoked. Assuming you’re of driving age.

The great thing about Lego is that availability typically isn’t a problem. Unlike most other toymakers, they manage to distribute sets in large quantities. The one set I recall being hard to find was the Exo-Suit and eventually they were back on the shelves in decent numbers.

It’s an interesting idea and I like anything that sticks it to big pharma. But this seems to overlook the reality that there already exist hundreds of small pharmaceutical manufacturers who churn out every generic under the sun.

Everyone assumes that Honda and Toyota are implementing the latest tech, but that really isn’t the case. And it’s the secret to their reliability. The Japanese tweak just enough to address issues, make refinements and reduce manufacturing costs without harming reliability. Beyond that they stick with the same engine

It’s cool, don’t get me wrong, but I’d be more impressed watching this car do something like a hill climb. Then I think we’d see some real aggression because bouncing off the rev limiter like that really isn’t doing it for me.

VW is reliable compared to the crap produced by other European automakers. The problems with the Guilia being a good example of that.

I don’t know about the purple or the interior, but I quite like the rest of it. This is about as close to an SUV as I’d ever be willing to go.

Interesting designs, but why didn’t they just make these guys a new alien race? Why did they feel the need to overhaul Klingons?
