Conservatives tend to produce low-quality entertainment in general. Conservativism is a philosophy that advocates social conformity, prefers the past to the future, is resistant to change, and distrusts the unfamiliar. This isn’t exactly a mental environment conducive to great art.

Who actually plays online Civ? I tried a few times with friends in various versions and it sucked. Coordinating times to play + waiting for other people to end their turns = huge pain in the ass. I love this game but it best suited as a single player experience.

It always amazes me how dated the McMahons' pop culture references are. 

Trips’ intros are always terrible, but at least this one was mercifully short. I expected that shit to drag on for ten minutes and include Stephanie giving another terrible promo while wearing weird fetish gear. Was pleasantly surprised at how (relatively) quick and simple the whole thing actually was.

Because sports team now base their uniform decisions entirely on what will sell the most merch, and black colors blend easier into regular outfits. If you wear a bright orange jersey in a (non-game) public setting, you're a douchebag. If you wear a black-accented jersey, you're a slightly less conspicuous douchebag.

Which is pretty fitting for this franchise.
