Pretty much.

At least those documentaries have compelling subject material. Grizzly bears are a fascinating and dangerous animal species, Banksy is a legitimately talented and famous artist, and competitive classic arcade gaming is actually a pretty big scene.

This is an astonishingly long article for a documentary, about a fairly pointless subject, that hasn't even been finished and likely never will be.

Seriously. Supply delays happen, but when they do, a company is supposed to either:

“Jeeves! Has the company shipped those new canvas sails yet? ..... What? .... I don’t care if they have to make duffel bags for some gamer nerds! If those sails don’t arrive within the fortnite, then Missy and I shan't be able to make it to Nantucket by Christmas! Tell them to complete the order, post-haste!!!!"

“Shortage” is supply chain code for “it would cost us too much money to source these materials on time, so we went with a cheaper, lesser alternative to meet our deadline”.

I also love that Bethesda corporate threw the outside contractor who handled the bag supply under the bus, as if that somehow absolves Bethesda of any accountability. Uh, no, Bethesda - YOU hired these guys, which means YOU are responsible for any of their fuckups, which means YOU have to fix this.

Oh I get that. I also worked in supply chain planning for a bit early in my career and I know that one production bottleneck can have domino effects. Happens all the time. But in those situations, as a company there are three proper solutions to make it right. 1) Wait for the product you need to become available,

1) World War II was an unpopular war? I mean, I guess no war is ever ‘popular’, but WWII was easily the war that enjoyed the most popular support in American history.

Seriously. “Balancing” in that game basically consisted of Rockstar browsing message boards for player tips on the fastest activities for earning cash, and then nerfing the shit out of them.

Seriously. I love that their initial bullshit excuse for this was some nonsense about supply “shortages”. Because canvas is such a rare commodity.....

Ummm, are they aware that adult content is basically the only reason anyone uses Tumblr anymore? You might as well just shut the entire service down.

Seriously. I’m totally fine paying for good game content. This shit costs money to produce and studios deserve to be compensated for it. What I hate about this MTX bullshit is how opaque it is. “Oh, $20 buys me $500,000 in shark cash? Cool, what does that get me? It depends? The fuck does that mean?” This shit is

His criticism is valid. Your grandfather’s story is an interesting one (mine also fought in WWII), and adds a nice personal touch to the review, given the game’s setting.

His tweet is even dumber because there is literally no way of telling from this photo if the clothes she is wearing even ARE nice. She has a plain black skirt suit and a coat on. That is the sum total of information conveyed here. It’s not like there’s a visible label. This outfit could have been purchased for $50,000

It was an incredible, emotional, moving, beautiful scene. But it also doesn’t fit the tone of this show at all. And the fact that the rest of the episode is devoid of any real jokes doesn’t help either. Sunny is all about using black humor to address social and cultural issues. This episode had a lot of the latter and

“Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded."

Because Republican voters are dumb enough to swallow whatever mythological backstory their candidate shovels into their mouths.

Oh, he already wrote it. It just takes his editor a couple days to replace all the racial slurs with printable dog-whistle terms.

You can avoid 99% of these problems by simply not raising your kid in Flordia or Texas, and/or not sending them to an evangelical high school.
