I'm disappointed to hear that the Blue Pulse didn't make it onto the production version. It seems that new technology takes decades to get into production. Even though they've had these blades flying on a demonstrator since 2007 ish, they decided that the active technology wasn't mature enough. It is a shame…

Don't forget the Coanda effect on the NOTAR. IIRC, the tip thrust actually provides a smaller portion of counter torque than the slots on the empennage.

Well aren't there companies that will reproduce a fastback for you? I think they just use a frame from an original to keep it legal and the rest is repro parts. Just check the right box to get this package.
