I saw this exact video posted a week ago noted as “somewhere in Ohio”. As others have noted, this is in neither Ohio nor Texas.

Unless my eyes deceive me, their “car” (and others on the motorway) are wearing European license plates. By no means detracts from the weirdness - in fact, probably makes it weirder - but Austin probably can’t claim it for themselves.
