Completely agreed.
Completely agreed.
Have you already decided the lucky 4 that will receive the gifts? :P
It is a very clean looking engine, that runs very efficiently across a wide variety of machines. It's definitely becoming a force to be reckoned with.
I mean beyond the Mario Galaxy games though. It would have been nice to see the NSMB series use it, or even Nintendo's other IPs.
I've always wondered why Nintendo hasn't standardized their own engine. This seems like a step in the right direction to make their development process more efficient. Though, I would have liked them to improve upon their engine for the Mario Galaxy games, because they looked fantastic!
Ok, I take back what I said before about this game possibly losing its charm by being rendered in 3D rather than sprites. It looks just as good. I guess the charm in the game came from the whacky animations the whole time, because I still found myself smiling while watching this trailer.
Increased performance on lower end machines most likely.
Just because it CAN display games at 1080p doesn't mean it WILL. Some games will be more graphically intensive, and will have to be played at a lower resolution. I'm not trying to hate on the Wii U though, because I do want one only for the first-party titles. Any multi-platform titles such as this I'll just get on PC…
Huh. I guess I might as well completely skip this console generation and stick with my PC. Maybe I'll get a Wii U when it's cheaper and if buying games used isn't a problem on the platform.
Steam only allows you to install on one drive at a time.
Yes, you should be good.
Most likely just any Source engine game, including TF2. I believe BM doesn't use any assets from HL2, so it should be fine.
It's always nice to see people admitting they were wrong. :P
There's no real objective to the mod, so balance is a non-issue. It's just about random, chaotic fun.
Glad to see it's back for some more insane fun.
Haha! That would have been so much better.
You obviously misunderstood me. I'm talking about the 3D graphics, not the 3D effect provided by the 3DS. It feels like to big of a change in art direction, and I would have preferred they stuck with sprites instead of 3D rendered models.
As much as I would love a new Ace Attorney, I feel that going 3D will make it lose a lot of its charm. I would have preferred high-resolution 2D art.
Yeah, I was excited to see they had something in California, but the price ruined it for me.
Looks like the smoke effect isn't affected by global lighting, so it really stands out. That's my main gripe.
