I think I'll save it for a friend. XD
I think I'll save it for a friend. XD
Finally got my beta key to work. It's like a Steam version of Facebook. You can even set a status. XD
I'm not a fan of matchmaking. I've just been using the server browser.
That's just the Steam servers being slow as usual whenever they hand out betas to anything. You'll get 'em back. Promise.
Yeah, I'd really like Big Picture Mode too. I've had this PC hooked up to my TV for quite a while now, and having big icons and an easy to use interface from a distance with an Xbox controller would be great for when I'm playing casually.
Looks like I got one (two)! :D
I sure hope so. I want my military sim experience to be as smooth as possible.
I'm glad Netflix is bringing it back next year.
No, I'm implying the controls. I believe Valve has mentioned before that not a single version of the game will use aim assist. IMO, that'll make the xbox version nearly unplayable.
Yeah, if you want to see how the game would suffer from controller-only support, you can look toward the Xbox version when it releases.
Because Valve has no prior experience with a handheld maybe? They have just barely figured out how to properly do multi-platform releases, and making a handheld version would probably be very difficult for them to do at the moment. The Valve staff work on whatever they feel like working on, and maybe they just don't…
PS3 owners get the options to use a standard controller, move controller, and keyboard and mouse. I doubt controller users will be able to keep up. I've been enjoying the PC version for quite a while now, and the amount of skills required to actually do well is insanely high. I get dominated easily with my standard…
That wouldn't surprise me. It wouldn't affect me in any way though, considering I don't ever buy CoD games ever.
Every year I tell myself I'm not going to buy the next CoD, and every year I succeed in doing so. Thank you free will for allowing me to stick to my decision by supporting a lot of indie devs instead.
Reminds me more of Killing Floor by having a single station to purchase your upgrades.
I've heard good things about this Logitech one:
According to TotalBiscuit, there are no glaring issues. Looks like the PC version is definitely the superior version.
I use a wired controller. The wire is about 10 feet long, so the length of the wire is a non-issue. Plus, it decreases latency from the button presses.
Yeah, because Valve obviously has a big history of doing that sort of thing...
Not a fan of CoD or Activision at all, but I gotta give Treyarch props for the integrated livestream feature. I wonder how they would do it without affecting framerate though. If they happen to pull it off without any noticeable hitches, then this could be a revolutionary new feature in any game period. Anyways, I'll…
