It makes me wonder if VW hadn’t killed the market for diesel if diesel PHEV’s would have become more of a thing. Too bad that’s only overseas and it’s miniscule at that.

It’s also good for killing fleas, just use a flea brush on your pet and keep a cup of water with Dawn dish soap in it. Drop the fleas in and they’re dead. You can also mix the soap and water and spray it on plants to kill bugs (the bugs suffocate on the bubbles from the soap).

I used to jokingly call BYD back in the day, Borrow Your Design. They have a really good lineup now. My only concern is there have been plenty of battery fires with their system, so I’m a bit unsure about them. 

It’s sad I still have my 03 ZX-5. I have bigger and better cars but it’s so damn convenient for driving in the city. I can park mine anywhere and with that hatch, it can swallow quite a bit of cargo.
