My deepest condolences. I'm glad they have been taking care of you, that really is important. Being treated well in the workplace is extremely important, it's not always about the money (even though it helps quite a bit).

What are these "raises" and "401k" things you speak of? I haven't had a raise in five years and that's why I'm looking around. My annual reviews are great but the company I work for is run by a bunch of greedy bastards.
