Kirk, the recommended processor speeds are only there because they are listing the top processors, not because it's actually needed. Clock speed on its own is irrelevant anyway - an AMD A-series going at, say, 3.5GHz is still utterly terrible, while an Intel i5 going at, say, a slower 2.X-GHz would be vastly superior.
