There are some things are people truly love to do, and that they are good at. When problems like this arise, it’s fucking stupid to take it out on the people who are being screwed. The real answer is to work to change the flawed system that keeps them down.

They’d need to do a slow reveal of what happened with the original murders, I think. The less you know the creepier it will be. Have it take place during the time of the first game, I think.. and find subtle ways to divulge what went on to make things so messed up.

I don’t consider it the same thing as DLC. Nintendo’s games are so full featured as it is, and with the Amiibos it just feels like you get to purchase physical smash trophies that also provide bonus content. It’s not like you need 10 Amiibos to unlock the second half of story mode.
