Is it me or does PAX East feel like Prime's leftovers? Not that it isn't amazing but Prime seems to get more dev side stiff.

I only preorder games I follow for long periods of time. If I'm not sure of a title I don't preorder. There's nothing really wrong with preordering. Heck the entire Kickstarter craze that has popped up is essentially based around it.

In a game like the Sims I would not support same sex marriages being in at the start. If you want to teach the controversy you should force your player to literally play though it, protesting for this basic right and have them watch their Sim choose to protest for or against it, even to the point of having some Sims…

I agree, I am always happy to watch trailers. I follow the games I want almost to crazy stalker level sometimes. I do NOT however participate in this shameless type of quasi-not-quite-viral marketing.
