Good for you, Walter! It's sort of the unsung hero of vitamins. My husband started taking it about a month ago and it has resolved insomnia that he'd been experiencing for years.

I sort of walked right into that joke, didn't I?! Match.com is a good online source for dates. I met my husband there!
Thanks Ghiti! That does provide me some context. I've been really frustrated with doctors who have little to offer beside prescriptions. Nutrition influences so many conditions in the body and I'm always surprised at how little our doctors know about it, yet the public seems to think doctors are experts on the…
These look like a great snack. I've heard that some people use chia seeds for an energy boost instead of drinking coffee. Anyone know about that?
Dates are wicked expensive. Anyone have a good online source for dates?
Ghiti, how much nutrition education will you receive as part of your medical studies?
Except magnesium, Walter. Kid vitamins have little to no magnesium because it is such a bulky vitamin. Yet it's so important for many functions in the body. Look into adding magnesium citrate to your vitamin regimen.
Agreed. Smart solution!
I'm seriously considering the NEX F3. Are you happy with your purchase?
Enjoy it! As I recall, the enclosed instructions are crap, but you'll find better instructions online. You'll need to set the volume on the device up to about 30. I also bought a vent mount and the two have allowed me to make the most of my smart phone in the car.
Alan, would love to see LH do a post on how to use Evernote vs Springpad for recipe management. I have both and haven't figured out how to create meal plans and shopping lists. I'd also love to see a Hive Five on the best recipe organizers!!!
Or you could just buy one of these like I did. A little more moula, but they do go on sale occasionally AND it has the added feature of being a blue tooth speakerphone.
We have used a tool shed closet in our cottage for years that works really well for us. We added a lock to ours to keep the kids out as there are some sharp objects inside.
If you don't have a light inside like ours (no electricity in cottage), I recommend adding a battery operated LED light or tap light.
Nurse or feed him during take offs/landings to help equalize pressure on the ears.
Magnesium should be taken for any type of cramp!
It might be time for another hosting service Hive Five. The one referenced in the post was from almost 2 years ago. Their pricing is very competitive, but I find DreamHost's shared hosting performance quite slow.

I find Dreamhost slow, too

I went to a B52's concert in college and had front row tickets. The guy next to me had a bet with his friend that he could get the lead female vocalist to touch him and he won! How did he do it? He offered her a stick of gum.
I stuff old rolled up magazines in my boots to keep their shape.
I sort of forgot about Google Alerts and as I was reading this post I realized I could use it to stay abreast of a medical condition that one of my children has. Just set up a few. Thanks, Alen!
Thanks for the recommendation. Looks like it could be a good app for me! But probably not the best tool for setting up an allowance for my youngsters.
