Yeah, that's pretty much my favorite Constantine moment, ever... Goes like this:

I think the Olympian was way cooler... ;)

This story in Detective 622-624 is awesome. Written by Ostrander, art by Mike McKone and Flint Henry, covers by none other than Dick Sprang...

Hehehe... It was the first thing I thought of... :D

Exactly. It's the classic "superman robot decoy" rescue strategy... ;)

Let's see if I get this: one is able to see only a conversation at once? Is it really necessary to click every one of them to show all conversations? No Show all/Expand options (or something like that)?

Neuromancer and Snow Crash have been in development hell like, forever... By the time they get made they will no longer be science fiction I think... Alternate history perhaps? ;)

They were going to be the next BIG THING...

Those are not that depressing.

I totally thought it was going to be # 1... WTF???

Hell, you don't even need to see the trailer. These days even the ads (posters, etc) have a helpful "FROM THE PRODUCERS OF XXXXX". That's often enough to know that the movie is gonna suck... (I'm looking at you, Battleship)

Someone must have called him "tubby"... :P

Awesome movie. I think Whedon pulled it off perfectly... DC has a very tought act to follow if they ever get to make a JLA movie...

Even if you're a god, you never talk down to the Hulk...

At the moment, I was like "NOOOOOOOOO.... NOT MY FAVORITE CHARACTER!!!!"

I saw the regular 3D version. You should stick to 2D. There were some massive action sequences in which the 3D felt very fake (also made those scenes hard to focus on)

Great review Charlie! Went to see this one last week. My wife and I laughed out loud more than our 5-year-old daughter. Also, the amount of background jokes and references is really insane, which is exactly what I expected from an Aardman film.

I was pretty sure to see Iron Maiden in the list, though not with that one... Seventh Son is a good album, but I would have chosen this one (or Powerslave or Piece of Mind or even The Number of the Beast...)

I really hope this one is included in the list
