You have to wonder about the conversations taking place at Paramount regarding this. I wonder if there are one or two younger execs getting really frustrated because they can see the potential and Paramount won't settle on a deal with CBS to fund a new TV series... I wonder if every time it's raised it gets

You're quite right, after all adverts on billboards exist in real life, so why shouldn't someone get thrown through a realistic-looking one. But dialogue like, " You know... former SAS types with easy smiles and expensive watches. Rolex?" "Omega," really cheapens any movie.

He may not have played a villain aside from in Kick-Ass, but I think Mark Strong has one of the best voices for a bad guy, as do Tom Hiddleston and Alan Rickman. I think Jaguar (or Jag-wah if you're American) nailed it with their car commercial.

Holy cow, BSG in my humble opinion is one of the best things that's ever happened to sci-fi. I wholeheartedly agree with everyone here, "33" was indeed one of the best pieces of TV ever, the psychological battle against the seemingly ever-decreasing numbers on the whiteboard was...amazing.
But...the bit that made me

That's a shame.

The real question is why the blazes don't Paramount focus on putting Trek back on TV. Especially for the big anniversary in 2016. Imagine what they could do with a carefully orchestrated marketing campaign. Tron Legacy was hyped for three years before we finally got to see it (and how bad it was). Trek could be

[wipes rapid foam from mouth] Oh My God, Oh My God, Oh My God...that would be so awesome.
But...the key to Trek's survival is NOT another movie. I cannot believe Paramount haven't picked up on this...but they have to put Trek back on TV. Sci-Fi - both on TV and in the cinema - is going through a resurgence, you can't

Agreed. That signal is not used by the Alliance - it could be an Imperial code.

The Mafia theory that suggests Oswald was hired by them seems the most plausible, however, you haven't mentioned the 'Smoking Gun' theory - that suggests the fatal head shot came from Secret Service agent George W. Hickey Jr. from an AR-15 rifle carried in the car immediately following the President's vehicle.

Wasn't there a Hardy Boys episode where they fly through the Bermuda Triangle as well..?

Smoke me a kipper...

The beginning of the universe. That evidence so far suggests that all matter, everywhere came from a tiny, single point. What the hell, man...

Please Dear God don't let Denzel Washington anywhere near this when the film is made. And it will be. What surprises me so much more than 'how close we came' is that this hasn't been made into a movie already.

I did hate the third Terminator movie. And then Salvation came out and it made T3 look good. It's the same with the Star Trek time-travelling, I-want-to-put-my-stamp-on-this-franchise issue. The first JJ Abrams Trek was awful...and then Into Darkness came out, which was an abomination, but it made the 2009 movie look

Many of the production designs, ideas and concepts in the Dune movie were so superior to the book. I cite the Stillsuits as one of the best examples.

That Edge of Tomorrow combat exoskeleton is AMAZING. Frozone has a bit of male camel toe going on, he should address that.

Watching this scene as a 7-year old pretty much traumatised me.
