I know it doesn't count because it wasn't this year, but I finally took the plunge and bought a Vita just so that I could play Persona 4 Golden. I have the original on PS2, but I never have to time to just sit down and chip away at an RPG anymore, so having it on the go is a huge bonus for me.
Catherine came out at a pivotal time in my life and had a profound effect on me. That's all I'll say.

Yeah, with the exception of Catherine, I prefer the Persona series over anything else that Atlus has made (although, I do love nearly everything they've put out).
