I'm the opposite way. When I rewatch the show, I can't stand the mythology episodes (aside from a couple greats, like Anasazi, Paper Clip, or 731).

Well most of Batman Inc IS coherent, and really really good. It's just during a single Virtual Reality issue, and the second half of the Leviathan Strikes finale where things started to get a bit "huh?" for me.

Grant Morrison can be genius most of the time, but he occasionally seems to have a mental episode of sorts and it can be damn near impossible to keep up.
