I have thought about trying this myself but was thinking of a combo effort where I sous vide to ~133 and then pop it into a 500+ oven to develop the crust. 30 years ago I love listening to local games. The announcers stayed out of the way, were relatively knowledgeable and even if a homer were mostly not terrible. But they are all gone now, replaced by screaming morons who will not shut up, only occasionally report on the game and kiss the owner ass like it is spun candy.

I don’t know about fun but if you want an extra twenty minutes of ball scratching, glove adjusting, spitting & bat fondling every game you really want to watch the Yankees & Red Sox. Those two teams allow a guy to go out for a beer between pitches.
