If the e-mail account to which we linked our Gawker-Deadspin-whatever account was hijacked and used to send spam, would those spam messages show up in that e-mail account's "sent" folder? (I am trying to figure out how to tell if someone abused my e-mail account, or if the account has been untouched.)
