If you ignore the tentpole system for hunting down and assassinating people, sure. (But yes, I know what you mean. It’s so nice to see a hidden blade!)

The biggest two gripes I have:
1. Too many quests have cutscene blocks on them. You are forced to go solo. Previous games dodged this issue.
2. The gathering hub is 100% useless since it is tucked behind a loading screen and lacks a smithy like previous games. The sense of community in the hub is gone.
So much this. I just want to play every mission through with friends, we’re at the same point in the story, why do we have to all get to a cutscene solo then all but one person backs out and joins one person...
Monster Hunter is popular in Japan because of the multiplayer, figured at least that would have been…
Some online-play features are fiddly and need improving
The labyrinthine nightmare to partner up with a friend honestly feels like no one on the team knew multiplayer games existed, and they were inventing the system for the very first time and makes me want to snap my disc in half.
“Want to play Monster Hunter?”
“Heck yes!”
“Want to play Monster Hunter together?”
“Sure,…
Not only is it the larger screen, but a sensible keyboard. Writing more than two sentences on a smart phone or small tablet is really annoying.
I do. I’d rather read stuff on my 27" screen than the 5" screen on my phone.
Well, if you aren’t friends with them, then they must be nobody.
Literally everyone I am friends with uses a computer to browse the web, among other non-work-related things.
You know, a lot of people read Kinja sites at work...on a computer.
Never had one, because I actually want the people who write what I read to get paid. I don’t subscribe to the “its the internet, and I wants it, so I DESERVE it for free” mentality.
“I don’t use a computer to read web content, therefore nobody does”
So many commenters that enjoy Lifehacker’s content, but are unwilling to actually support it.
I’m for ad blocking but there’s a flaw in your argument. In a perfect world, the only way a site can advertise something that interests you is to have data about you. Ad blockers are most likely people who care about their privacy so they’ll disable services that track your activity to give you personalized ads. If…
They have no sound unless you literally hover your cursor over them, and you can literally scroll right past it. I barely notice them. 2 extra turns of the mouse wheel.
All of the content on Gizmodo is up and legible for me within 1 - 2 seconds. Some of the ads don’t finish loading for several additional seconds, but it doesn’t slow down my ability to read the actual article any further.
Either you’re infected by malware, or your standards of what you consider obnoxious are insanely entitled.
Lets hope you never have children. That’s a horrible parent.
I HAVE... FEELINGS FOR THESE PEOPLE?
Okay don’t get me wrong, XV was a mess of a game, a beautiful mess but goddamnit the one thing that saved the game for me and kept it from being tossed in the hot boiling garbage fire that was XIII and its afterbirths. Was that I adored the chocobros SO GODDANG MUCH. I loved them, each one, like there were issues but…
