an average BMI of 33 is obese. whether you are 5'1 or 6'5. A waistline of 37 inches and that high of a BMI is carrying way too much visceral fat as opposed a waistline of 37 inches and 21% body fat. I'm perfectly happy being abnormal if this is the norm.

if you've been working out hard and don't see any results, you may have hit a plateau. I used to work out constantly for months and see no results, but 1 month with a trainer giving me exercices and watching my form I saw pretty nice changes.

i prefer full range of motion in control movements. the lift big in small reps.. but thats just me and my quest to look like Mankofit.. I know the bar method seems to work for a lot of people but I just can't seem to wrap my head how those tiny dumbbells will do anything for me
