Actually, person behind passenger in the backseat was a girl and she did have a helmet. I didn't have sound either, so I didn't hear any question from the fat boy behind the driver asking if he needed a helmet or not.

We have an old cotton mill that is now apartments and an old train station that is now restaurants and businesses in Raleigh. In Durham, they converted the old tobacco warehouses to mix-use. But, nothing the size of the old Hudson place.
