it is the therapist’s job to lighten the load, not carry it for you. you are not burdening them, but not letting them help you is doing yourself an injustice.

I have done some extensive traveling, 15 months backpacking in central and south america being the longest. I have had several side trips on those voyages that extended for more than 48hrs in one shot.
