Even explicitly private material can be seized with a court order or warrant. The reasonable expectation of privacy only protects you from searches or seizures without a warrant.

While I can admit that large phones are difficult to use for those with small hands, I am happy to finally be buying phones that don't feel like children's toys. As a 6'5" person with grown-up hands, the SGS3 and its brethren are the perfect size for readability and one-handed use.
