Because Argentinian steaks are in their own special category. That's how I had mine there, too, when I was still a strict vegetarian, and devoured a steak roughly the size of my thigh. Soooommmmm.

I would recommend staying away from Free the Children. I went through the interview process with them last year and I've heard nothing but terrible things. I guess it's all right as a stepping stone but I would do a little research.

It's ok, it's normal to wonder about these things. I think if you fit 80% of their minimum criteria you ought to be fine, then if you make it into the interview, you can ask more follow up questions then :)
