Honestly you guys ALL take well done steak to the next level. I honestly don't know why it bothers people SO MUCH when someone wants steak well done.
I would recommend staying away from Free the Children. I went through the interview process with them last year and I've heard nothing but terrible things. I guess it's all right as a stepping stone but I would do a little research.

It's ok, it's normal to wonder about these things. I think if you fit 80% of their minimum criteria you ought to be fine, then if you make it into the interview, you can ask more follow up questions then :)
