You can go into any Apple Store to check your upgrade. They should be able to provide you with a direct answer if you can provide the Apple employee with all the required sprint account information.

One would think you could drift back and forth between devices but it looks like if the SIM card is switched to another phone, then TMO will automatically cancel the Apple Care portion of the package for the original device after 15 days. Sometimes, they could cancel your Assurant coverage as well.

Thought I would update. I got my confirmation number for the first order I made. Took about an hour. Now I'm just wondering what is going to happen with the subsequent orders I placed! >.<

Same, here. I placed the order right at opening and everything went so smooth, I was skeptical. I went through my account and said I was still eligible for an upgrade; although I shouldn't be if the order went through. I waited some time and decided to order it again. Smooth again, still no email. The apple website is

Thank you. For about the past year or so I have been thinking the same. I sometimes find myself skipping straight to the source links at the end of articles instead of enjoying what once used to be well written and accurate stories. Who wants to read sensationalist articles are are sometimes biased and poorly written.
