I miss the B1-B's at Robins AFB. I used to do landscaping there and when they would take off, after the roar of the engines faded, all would hear were car alarms. The coolest traffic intersection ever was the one where we would stop so a Lancer could cross the road. Good times.

I'm pretty fortunate to have an SR-71 just a couple miles away, on display, of course at the Museum of Aviation beside Robbins AFB. It's my favorite display, obviously. But I can only imagine what it was like to see it fly.
