The strangest instance of this I ever saw: Dr. 90210 (don’t judge me—it was sometimes really good) was doing top surgery for a trans woman. The show showed everything— nipples, blood, everything! Then the doctor inserted the little saline (or whatever) bags, and suddenly the nipples were blurred.

I was just about to say that in all these cases they should just photoshop a man’s nipples over the woman’s nipples and call it a day.

As always: It’s okay to show the entirety of a woman’s breasts, sans nipples. It’s okay to show men’s nipples. What sense does this make?

What infuriates me the most about this case is not the light sentence or the fact that the judge considered the effect on the defendant of years in jail (I want that kind of concern from judged). Instead, it’s what the prodecutor said; that this would not happen to a similarly-situated, less privileged man. A poor

It's because women (and other victims of sexual assault) are discounted under the law. What many people have to remember is that men craft sexual assault legislation, they enforce it and more often than not are the perps.

Can we pass a law that all rape cases be adjudicated by women?

It’s amazing how consistently the entire justice system has vastly more compassion and empathy for the perpetrator than the victim when the crime is rape. It’s just so UNFAIR to ruin a nice boy’s life over a little crime like that.

Yeah, I dunno, honestly, I’m pretty ok with retributivism when it comes to violent crime. If you’re a rapist or a murder, that’s your ass. Let’s talk about rehabilitation when it comes to things like burglary and drug charges. Rape and murder? Nah, that’s cool, completely ok with revenge as a justification for

“If you think I am going easy on you I am not" but... you are? Now he's just going to get better at not being caught.

Mares is not allowed to see Peterson or any of her other children. She doesn’t seem to care.

Of the reported cases I’ve heard of of parent-child GSA the kid never, NEVER had a happy childhood. They’re unhappy and searching for some kind of validation and their parent takes advantage of that. It’s sexual abuse.

Peterson says, “Honestly I never thought we would get into trouble for our relationship.”

I give all the credit to their Dads, granddads, male coaches, and of course, Michael Phelps.

This is truly delightful. I love the amount of effort she put into everything (the coffee mug, for example).

When I ride near an area bustling with pedestrians, I deal with it and I ride more cautiously and am generally more careful. When I walk near a bunch of cyclists, I watch my step and look out for the ones who are going too fast for the situation.

Why is it every complaint about New York from New Yorker’s is that it is too crowded and it is always the tourist’s fault. It’s a huge city with a large tourism trade, want to live in a city without crowds and no tourism move to Detroit. Stop your bitching.

Very smart move, NBC!

That is terrible. I can’t remember my parents ever really commenting on the things we asked for other than the usual “we aren’t made of money, kids these days” kind of comments. They bought us dolls with different skin tones/ ethnicity when we wanted them, never said a word about us dressing our brothers up as girls

I work in the toy department at a small family run retail store and you have no idea how often I hear parents tell there daughters that they need to get they girl version of a toy. I heard a father tell his daughter that he should get a Rosie train instead of one of the many other boy Thomas trains that she wanted to
