I was a Disney character for a few years and definitely had a few mishaps. Those were some of the funniest moments because there is just nothing you can do usually. I've lost heads, body parts, and my favorite was when Minnie's bloomers kept falling down. At one point I just had to own the bloomers-at -the- knees look.

You wouldn't happen to be looking for an ESL instructor in the Los Angeles area, would you? Asking for a friend... :)

Anyone have experience/opinions on Target-Date Funds? I just got started in my jobs 401K with that, I am 29 and investing 5%. Pros/Cons?

The straight white guy who is the main character with the minority friends, who we are supposed to relate to, and who somehow gets all the women. Also known as most sitcoms ever produced.

I cannot eyeroll big enough at you.

My mom went back to school to get a BA in Chemical Engineering when I was 5ish and my sister was 3ish. We lived at my grandparent's house for 7 years, all three of us in one small bedroom. I know it was really tough for her, but I'm so proud of her for doing it.

So the question I keep thinking is what can I do/how can I help? and when will we uprise?

There are always those people who want to see the worst in everyone, and in turn ruin it for most of us. Ugh.

Thank you! Why don't people get this? Why do people assume that when they come out it means they want to talk about SEX? People have such ignorant brains...ugh.

Oh fuck off. Being a couple, gay or straight, is NOT about sex. It's about telling your coworkers that you went to family party with your husband/wife and not just "a partner." It's about putting family photos out on your desk. It's about talking about basic day to day stuff about your family.

I want them to go into the Mulan/Aurora romance too!

Wait, are you one of the white pre-teens in the spelling bee? Because your response is at that level.

Ok, you are for real... Maybe you didn't read the article, but these people are calling American children non-American for not being white. The discussion isn't how white children perform, the discussion is why do people think non-white children aren't American? Get it?

I can't tell if you are trolling or if I need to slam my head against the desk. Please clarify.

Sorta-related: My wife won second in her state spelling bee and received a black and white antenna tv. She was so cute as a dorky pre-teen, I wish I could've seen her "think face."

"This has been depressing, scary, and triggering for me - mostly the commentary surrounding it."

I have a non-STEM degree and have a great paying job in my field.

Even legal definitions can evolve. Remember the good ol' days when black people were only worth 3/5's of a vote? That LEGAL definition of who can vote EVOLVED.
