I think Elon Musk is messing with us. The real design will be revealed later. Clearly this was put together in a weekend in a workshop to spoof the media.

The original Razr came out at a time when people (particularly Americans where SMS, MMS, and WAP hadn’t taken hold) were primarily talking on their mobile phones. For a limited time, the flip phone was the best form factor, as it put the microphone and speaker where they needed to be.

Pedantic point alert!

Correction: The Nazis did not exist until after WWI.

It’s not safe to assume that, but I won’t reveal my sources. You are perfectly entitled to dismiss my comment, but a simple test with an IR camera would be able to discern the difference.

Google’s 3D scanner system has a lot less points than Apple’s. I’m not sure how the attention detection works, but they may struggle to get this working if it requires the 3D point cloud, and not the selfie camera.

He subsequently founded Time Slice Films to commercialize the technique.

I’m pretty certain Jar Jar Binks is dead. He lived a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.

Strange! I wasn’t for a moment drawn in to “love fascism”, nor to root for the beautiful teens.

Coincidentally, I had a nuclear apocalypse dream last night. It woke me up at 4am, and it took me 90 mins to fall back to sleep.

Who’s worked up?

“Finally”?

You missed the first smartphone (IBM Simon, 1992), and the first phone with a capacitive touchscreen (LG Prada, 5 months before the first iPhone).
