The PureView 808 is not a predictor of things to come. The camera module is way too thick for conventional smartphones. Current 8M camera modules are about 6mm high and the phone industry is pushing hard on the lens suppliers and camera module integrators to reduce this further (to suit ever thinner phones).

I really like my Navigon app. I was disappointed when Garmin bought them though. I have two Garmin dedicated GPS units and the UI sucks. I hope that the old Navigon team gets to call the shots still.
