Just fold it over a couple of times. 1/3 makes a snack size of regular microwave popcorn.

1/3 cup of popcorn in a brown lunch paper bag. Pop is microwave on regular popcorn setting. Immediately add a little bit of sea salt, and 1-2 teaspoons of truffle oil. Yum.

Cuticle oil, massage them everyday, and yes, vitamins. Don't wash your hands more than necessary, as it softens your nails. Use hand cream after they are dry.

Make sure your nails are clean. Use polish remover and wash them to remove any dirt, BUT wait until they are dry before applying the base coat.
