@Farren_Randolph: Yeah, I felt the same way when I read this. I mean, they were not selling on their street, they were competing in a fair with other vendors that perhaps were also selling lemonade and who had paid their license. Why should this kid be special? Bad decision of the parents to take her there.

Thank you Jezebel for this post. This information is great. And thanks to all the commenters for sharing your stories. I'm going through some seriously difficult times and I'm going to bookmark this post and read it when I need a spark.

I'm having to watch it without the sound and can't get over her body language at :16 and :19, how she keeps touching her back like "Eww, something yucky touched me, must wipe it".

A fork is the last thing I want to stick in DR.

@WashingMyHair: Yeah, that picture is making me question the seriousness/veracity of the post.

@alchematrix: My 11-year-old son made level 80 on Sunday. he was sooo proud of himself! :)

@librarianette: she told them she didn't do anything wrong, she said she didn't want to quit, but they bullied her into it:

@PhillyLass: Here is some legal perspective:

She should be having MANY words with Breibart.

@RedBeansAndRiceDidMissHer: I blame ALL. Breitbart for releasing false "news", Fox for pushing them over and over, NAACP for releasing that first statement without watching their own video in their entirety and without giving Ms. Sherrod the benefit of the doubt, Vilsak for acting on such a knee-jerk reaction and
