@cake-or-death: Enjoy:
Out solution: king size Tempur-Pedic. I cannot feel when he moves or gets up from the bed, and it's big enough so that each one of us has space.
@SarahMC: Well, I haven't met the parents, but just wait until I do...
@SarahMC: Yeah, I was no blaming the kid at all, I was just sooo mad at the parents (whom I haven't met). Because at this point for this kid, it is not a "racist" attitude, it is ignorance, but from there racism and hate can come pretty fast.
Ugh, this reminds me of a particularly distressing episode this summer at the pool. I'm Mexican and my husband is white. Our kids look more white than "typical" Mexican.
Can we get her in a room and read this to her over and over and over and over until she asks for mercy?
@SarahMC: Yes, there are many flavors of homeschooling. I have many friends who do it and they fall in both spectrums, some very right-wing conservative (like not letting kids see the Obama speech), some very liberal (having a viewing party for the kids), and also lots in the middle.
@NefariousNewt a.k.a. General Awesomesauce: I'm right here, babe. Whatcha wanna know?
@rollsnide: They are saying: "if Bush had given a speech to kids, you liberals would have raised a stink too. Admit it!"
@lestylegirl: "The Sound of Music". It's like a train wreck and I can't stop watching.
I wish I'd known this so I could give her mine. I'm losing it like crazy and putting in the trash.
@AndPreciousLittleofThat: I don't think they are cats, I think they are sled dogs.
Everything in this interview is a lie. I know because I saw SP cooking moose chilli for Greta, so she DOES cook, OK?
@Dodai: Exactly. What would Frosted Flakes be without Tony?
"[Shania Twain] is now with the husband of the woman her husband had an affair with"
Well, according to Wikipedia, this is what happened on June 13, 1978:
@morninggloria: I know. Between this and the news that Levi J. is writing for Vanity Fair, why the heck to we bother to work?
@J.D.Regent: I know. It's really weird because the council and citizens are really into being healthy and saving green space (we have tons of parks and bike lanes and sidewalks everywhere), and wouldn't using a clothesline be more Earth-friendly?
@NefariousNewt a.k.a. General Awesomesauce: Could be for cosmetic reasons, like it makes them look like clotheslines?
