It's Doug; we should not be surprised. Sarcasm becomes useless if it's surrounded by inaccuracies and lazy writing, because we can't tell what's a joke and what's just wrong.

Apparently it's not clear that I'm not saying "never joke about this or anything else, ever" - I would've made a joke along the same lines. I support the joke, just not Doug's fake sincerity tacked on to the end.
It is! Good luck with it. It's tough, but it'll probably be the best thing you ever do for yourself.
OH
This title is so open to different interpretation.
I don't have personal experience, but I think that's normal - I'm pretty certain I've only ever heard of it being done that way. I mean, why would they knock a person out? They need the mother to push, even when the baby is no longer living, unless they do a c-section (for which the mother is often just sedated, as…
Ohhhhhhhhhh I have so much to say, it's liable to burst forth in a Niagara of wordvomit. I will try to put it into chronological order, at least.
:( I'm sorry.
Therapy, my dear friend: have you been yet? You must talk to someone. Do not delay. Do not put it on the back-burner. You are the greatest friend you'll ever have, and you should treat yourself with the same kind of love and protection with which you would treat another human being who you love dearly. Why would you…
"Jennifer Lawrence has pneumonia, which will quite conveniently help the young actress score some sympathy votes from the Academy. Seriously, though, pneumonia is some scary shit — best not to joke about it at all"
But he says "their big screen careers" not "their careers as adults". You don't get bigger big screen than Oscar-winning in an Oscar-winning-movie big screen.
I just watched the Rob Lowe Lifetime one two nights ago. It was... adequate. It was basically like a run-down of all the facts from the prosecutor's point of view, with very little context from anyone else's side. So, pretty dry and uninteresting, but competently put together for a tv movie.
Me too. They're so... innocent, in a way. It's not the showy kind of love that we see in movies, where everything has to be wrapped up within 2 hours; it's a slow burn. And ohhhh boy, does it pay off.
Holy shit, lady. You have more than your fair share of testosterone-driven scumbags around you. :( Those are exactly the kinds of men that make me fear men in general. I mean, obviously everyone is scared of rapists and muggers and murderers - that's a given. But what terrifies me about trusting people is that so many…
...except when she went to pick you up, she accidentally brought someone else's kid home.
D'awwwww thanks. :) That's really nice to know.
It's a reassuring thought to think that people haven't actually gotten worse, but I'm not sure if that's true. I think exposure to that kind of HA HA HA MORAN attitude is really infectious, and as technology gets ever more immediate, the contagion spreads at an exponential rate.
But just look at Prussian Blue!! They're COMPLETELY normal people now, right? They're not remotely odd or damaged after a lifetime of being indoctrinated with hate, riiiiight? ;)
The internet is the worst of the worst, sometimes. Take your article, even: what if that woman had a change of heart? I'm all for outing people who are abusing the rights of others, but by the same token, the internet makes it impossible for people to reinvent themselves. So the oppressors / victimisers can end up…
