I'm always so hesitant to leap to the negative context.

The telling bit is that the subject of Letter One doesn't want to be matched. Endstop. You, on the other hand, should be getting matched roughly 2.8 times a day because that's what you want.
I'm no lawyer, but to my understanding I suspect that if he "virtually" crossed state lines (if he were in one state—KY, and the target is in another—OH) it becomes a Federal case.
It's the difference between sentencing for minors and adults, in part. But the sentiment certainly has it's won legs when you look at comparable situations for adults. In addition, these kids are on the Sex Offender list (right?), which (one can argue) is a harsher, lifelong punishment.
Honestly, being able to make jokes about things like sex/sexuality (within reason) is far more "mature" than the other extreme of repression.
I general use Perfect Viewer after going my own compare and contrast. My reason is because PV has (or had, last year) the widest range of supported formats and the least amount of added-on bloat and unnecessary features.
Sure, the important thing is that it gets made. However, considering the very points brought up here, Joss Whedon is probably the only person who could convince the execs to actually fund it. At least in the shorter term.
Mostly just because Joss has been trying to do WW for about a decade now, and his commitment and (recent) wide-spread fame provides him the power to do so?
OMG STARBUCK AS CAROL DANVERS LET ME GO SQUEE FOR AWHILE I'LL BRB.
The new X-Men. I haven't had a chance to catch up with Utopia/Phoenix, yet, but I hear it's just superb all around with an awesome all-woman cast.
You also have to remember that Buffy (TV) was what, '96/'97? Fast forward to 2003 and you get the Potentials, which were diverse and addressed exactly that sort of issue. Post-B:tVS Whedon has certainly matured.
If anyone could provide the backbone for a great superhero film, it would be Carol Danvers. Here's hoping she shows up in Agents of SHIELD.
His relationship with Wonder Woman is personal and goes back to his childhood, from what I recall of interviews before the project got lost in the vortex. I think he's really committed to doing WW, if someone lets him. I'd have to assume his place at the helm of the Marvel Film Universe prevents him from working with…
Which is exactly why Joss needs to have his moment!
You know, I often feel that Feminism has been pushed into a particular corner recently (in the last decade or so) where the majority of Leftist movements essentially lost their steam/membership/activity and there came a big huge vacuum that was filled by Feminism.
Just because you bring it up, here's a rather balanced and earnest discussion of such an issue that Prudie just addressed recently. Regardless of your thoughts on the columnist, the comments and general discussion had some really good points mixed with the usual moronic crap: http://www.slate.com/articles/life/…
So we often have kids who bully who come from lower socioeconomic rungs. As another aspect is that these kids often don't have the most supportive/idealistic living situation (absentee parents, familial behavior issues, etc.).
You know, that really puts a finger on what bothers me about Moffat's tenure so far: everything revolves around the Doctor.
What if... Sally Sparrow is the 12th Doctor who had her memory wiped? Mind blown.
I'd be curious (honest!) as to why you think Moffat writes better women than Whedon? In a part I'd suggest that while Moffat has surrounded himself with a male-only writer's room and has a poor track record already, Whedon generally does the opposite. In the later seasons of Buffy (and Angel), his go-to right hands…
