I see your point. My intent was not to "dismiss people with experience in a difficult task." I do apologize if it came across that way. My intent was to say that not completing a difficult task because it is difficult when it comes to something as important as child safety, is a problem.
I'm sorry you do not feel I should share my opinion. However, what I got from the article is that it was difficult, not virtually impossible for some, as Cheeseslap has pointed out.

I am sure it is difficult. But the point is if you commit your life to raising a child there is going to be many frustrating situations. However, that is not an excuse to do a half ass job.
