It's ceramic, the ceramics trap and reflect the heat inside unlike the metal ones that radiate a lot of heat as waste. As such, you damp down the grill to keep the temp you want, and it only burns as much charcoal as can get airflow to do so.

Well, you just light a little "starter" brick, then pile a few pieces of charcoal on top, and off you go. It's (the bge) already built like a chimney, so airflow isn't an issue really. They're expensive, but it has a lifetime warranty.

I got a large. I was considering a medium, but it ended up just not being right for what I wanted.

Well... I just got it this last week, and right now I have to find excuses to not use it...

Is it rowing, or is it poling ala a Gondola?

Stop clouding the issue with facts!

Actually, there ARE printing, distribution, transportation, inventory and warehousing costs associated with an eBook. They're simply named differently.

Most Favored Nation status is not unheard of when negotiating a contract. "I'm going to buy X number of Y items at Z price each month. If you reach a deal with someone else for a lower price, you will extend that price to me as well."

Actually, I wasn't thinking RTG's, I was thinking more along the lines of SAFE-400 and whether or not the military has picked it up/is using it actively. I know Russia has developed/launched several +10kw reactor based satellites.

Actually, we tend to launch military satellites with nuclear fuel cells... Or, at least we used to...

Depends upon how you create more surface area really.
