It’s possible, but not likely. For one the original games didn’t look as bad on PC with digital displays. But more importantly this should have been caught in QA.

I thought I remembered a single sequel/expanded edition. Time had compressed the memory of the two games into one.

There was a smash style platform fighter for the DS. Jump superstars. It was pretty good and successful I thought so of course they decided to go in a different direction.

Saying the game is “like the spin-off without the thing that defines spin-off” is an incredibly unhelpful review, like saying “coke is just like vanilla coke without the vanilla”...

So I didn’t play though San Andreas, because I got stuck on stupid bullshit. (Also life)

It was nice having a streaming device not owned by Amazon/Google.

Probably Pop Tarts.

“If you chase your dog, he is likely to misinterpret this as you playing with him. That will inspire him to continue running!”

The prize is for everyone, when Musk graces us with his presence.

Some of these are wild because they’re almost never capitalized.

Wait till they realize the score is probably rounded. Everyone who “made it” to 99.6 then stopped are going be salty when the cutoff is probably 99.8+ or whatever

I paid $60+ for super premium water v6 and it’s literally just the same thing as super premium water v5.

I actually really like tier lists, it’s a good way to have relative rankings quickly without having to pigeon hole singular bests. I think a well defined tier list is probably high B-tier, maybe even A-tier.

The scammers talk about how revolutionary NFT can be, but any implementation cannot be revolutionary before it stops being easily recognizable as an NFT.

Gatcha/Loot boxes are still predatory gambling style scams.

If COVID is the new normal, part of living with it will forever be deciding on a case by case basis when an event is still too risky to be held.

Just a regular reminder that celebrities are probably too far removed from reality to be relatable and should (statistically speaking) be the last people you look up to?

Honestly, I don’t think it’s actually weird enough to further alienate anyone, it’s probably exactly as alienating as playing the MMO in the first place.

Maybe, and I’m not going to call out every time Kotaku has a weak clickbaity reactionary take.
