“If you made it through the entire series of Book of Boba Fett, you were treated to a terrible finale and a two-episode narrative diversion that derailed the entire premise of this being a show about Boba Fett. Enjoy!”

It was! It’s just recycled content: https://lifehacker.com/the-top-10-ways-you-re-most-likely-to-die-and-how-to-p-1848421615/slides/2
They have to squeeze good articles once in a while so that they can share clickbait articles rest of the times. I’ve been a Lifehacker fan and subscriber for over 10 years but their recent quality of articles have made me question my future loyalty to them.
Ark is a disappointing experience throughout.
In what sense is it soulless? I get that it is legless, and almost entirely user-generated and therefore amateurish, but soulless doesn’t seem accurate at all. One of the first worlds I went to was a user generated recreation of the store their grandparents owned when they were growing up. It had a lot of soul though…
I'm sorry. I love you.
I’m talking about before the concert. I’m talking literally the ticket to get you into the concert. Which is what they sold. It also gives you something to have afterwards as a memento I guess. But that literally is not what I said. I’m talking about a band selling there entire upcoming tours tickets as nfts/tickets…
They don’t want rationality they just want to be mad
That’s mostly true for proof of work based systems. NFTs are based mostly on Ethereum which will be moving to proof of stake soon. There are already some based on Solana and Avalanche which are much more energy efficient.
So let’s tax carbon emissions instead of picking which technologies we approve of and which we don’t. That also might speed up move to proof of stake instead of proof of work.
I agree, they definitely won’t use resources to make their games cross asset shareable if there isn’t an economic incentive to do so. But as evidenced by their actions (many companies now have job postings for blockchain/nft development) I believe that they believe there’s an incentive, and are therefore pursuing this…
I don’t get NFTs, especially due to a bunch of technical issues. However, I also don’t get the hate. If Troy wants to give it a shot, why not? It’s his business and nobody is forced to but these. Most people who are currently buying NFTs made most of their money in crypto and can well afford it. Happy to see some of…
There are NFT’s that do not negatively impact the environment. I mean, that is everyone’s go-to argument against them.
What are you bullying them for that upset you so much? I don’t understand why people are so mad about digital ownership. Nfts photos yeah pretty dumb. But an nft album? An nft entire video game? An nft for a entire tours concert tickets. Imagine cutting out stub hub on ticket sales. Or cutting out gamestop on game…
Best use case for nfts is having entire games, albums, and movies be nfts that can be bought and resold like there physical counterparts. With nfts giving 10% profit back to the creator on every resell it could really help some bands. It could also help fix what’s wrong with digital media ownership. When you buy a…
I sell NFTs of articles about NFTs. It’s quite lucrative.
Say what you will about the long term viability of NFT and Crypto - the click machine has certainly determined that tsk-tsk posts about them certainly whips folks into a frenzy and makes money. We getting one of these a day now?
The creation of NFT’s are causing people in New York to freeze to death? What?
That’s a cheap cable problem - to cut costs they only wired one side of the plug.
I have all non-Apple chargers/cables and have never experienced this. I 100% guarantee this is not an Apple thing.
