Seattle area (anywhere within 30 mins of downtown) 450k is bottom tier houses. “Normal” (1500 sq ft, built 50-90 years ago) houses start at about 500k. “new” houses start at ~700k. Go’s strategy is insanely complex with hundreds of possible moves per turn. 3's has 4 possible moves per turn with a little random chance mixed in. The strategy is to build a “factory” of numbers where the highest is in a corner, second highest next, third next to second, and so on.
Uh....No? This game is literally addition. The strategy of the game is barely tougher than tic tac toe. It’s just adhering to that strategy that’s hard for humans.
