@AngriestGeek: It sounds like you have been missing out. Have you not watched Breaking Bad, Dexter, Deadwood, the Wire? Fringe? There are some talented people making quality TV shows these days. In many cases, the writing is above & beyond what can be done on film because of the long serial format.

I'm just excited whenever I see someone from "The Wire" land a good role. It was great to see "Bubbles" get carjacked by Olivia on Fringe.

It's good to see that Krusty is able to get work after all these years, even if it is on the German channel...via the Spanish channel.

@talkingstove: Or, I could just use the free Remote app on my iPhone. It doesn't get more minimalist than using a device that I always have in my pocket.

Spotted Emily Lightman from "Lie to Me" in the Google ad.

@WookieLifeDay: I can see your point about the music...but a John Williams score, especially one as iconic as that one...would be really hard to let go of. I'd be surprised.

@monodna: Well played my friend...well played.

@Deadp00l: Ok...so I broke down & watched it last night. It was pretty good for what it was, but I mostly watched it just to be "culturally informed". I might even watch the American version just to compare the two.

@chris.rich.design: I'm sure you're right, and I have been tempted. It would be one click to watch it on netflix.

Reminded me of "Bongo's Dream House" from Matt Groening's Life In Hell comic.

Oops...sorry guys, that was me.

Here's a suggestion:

I kind of hate these.
